Added caching to the help pages. Minimal AJAX is now working for logged in users. They will now see their user boc in the right hand column even for cached pages.

Rewrote and deployed a new user interface. Ported PL Minigame models into Merb environment.

The background updating script is now working and installed on the server. As of yet there is nothing to update, but this will change soon we hope. Time is also now working.
